Dr. Jessica Bernardy is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, and holds a license in Washington and California. Currently serving patients virtually around the world.
Dr. Bernardy is fiercely committed to guiding people looking for true health, disease prevention, and living a life free from the constraints of illness, so they can have the life of their dreams.
She works with individuals and families; any individual who is interested in improving their health. She is also passionate about fertility/infertility work, wanting to improve the health of our world 7 generations into the future through affecting epi-genetics!

In practice, her treatments aim to get to the root of the problem using vitalistic naturopathic techniques including diet and lifestyle modification, nutritional therapies, botanical therapeutics, homeopathy, and hydrotherapy. As your naturopathic physician, Dr. Bernardy believes that health promotion and disease prevention are of utmost importance and seeks to optimize your health by calling on your body's innate ability to heal itself.
She is honored to be able to help you on your own unique path to wellness, starting sometimes even before birth and continuing the journey through all of your life cycles.

I’m an expert in natural medicine and you can feel confident engaging me to guide you toward health. Over the years, I have earned a doctorate in naturopathic medicine and a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. I have completed a 12 month internship in naturopathic family medicine and have done an 8 month residency in pediatrics and women's health.
